Meet Your Coach

Coach Nick Schofield has completed a full career in the military. Initially he started in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2007. Over his coaching career Nick has completed a Sport Science Degree, MSc in Strength and Conditioning, and currently studying a PhD in Biomechanics. Nick has worked in elite sport and the NHS as a Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor. He has coached a variety of people such as military personnel, footballers and tennis players.

Coaching combines scientific principles with practical training methods to deliver measurable improvements in performance.
